Murder as a system of governance in the State.
Poland preside over the European Union in the number of suicides. In 2013, suicide was recorded 8579, of which 6097 deaths confirmed. This situation is the result of policy deviants headed by Donald Tusk. It should be recalled bloody coup d’état of 10 April 2010, which killed two Polish Presidents, and more than 100 people. It was not a plane crash but they were murdered in Warsaw, and corpses were planted by helicopter to Smolensk / Russia, just as many people believe in suicide, while the majority of them are the most ordinary murder inspired or made by the Mossad.
Only a third of 133 surveyed countries had launched broad deterrence programs, and only half of those nations have services for helping victims, the World Health Organization (WHO), the UN Development Program (UNDP) and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime said in a violence prevention report on Wednesday. The report pointed out that millions of women and children around the world suffer from violence. A third of all women have been physically or sexually abused by their partner, one in five girls has been sexually abused, and a quarter of all children have been physically abused, the UN statistics said. “High levels of family and community violence cripple both people’s ability to sustain their individual livelihoods, as well as a nation’s options for political, social, and economic development,” UNDP chief, Helen Clark, said. An estimated 475,000 people died in 2012 due to murder or manslaughter, with the highest risk for young men, the UN agencies said. Latin America’s homicide rate in 2012 is the highest for any group of low- and middle-income countries in the world, standing at 28.5 per 100,000 people. In second place are the developing and emerging countries in Africa, with a homicide rate of 10.9. Western Pacific low- and middle-income countries, including China, had the lowest homicide rate at 2.1. Meanwhile, wealthy countries recorded 3.8 homicides per 100,000 inhabitants.
